Our mission is to define, establish, and preserve Engineering Truth throughout the entire product lifecycle. We accomplish this by applying the principles of the Downstream Systems Assurance Framework (DSAF)—a practical engineering discipline developed from years of reconciling conflicts between CAD, PDM, ERP, spreadsheets, and the countless shadow systems that emerge when people stop trusting their data.

Migration is only the beginning.

Importing data moves information from one system to another. It does not resolve conflicting definitions, eliminate hidden inconsistencies, or ensure that engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality are all operating from the same truth.

DSAF provides the principles for identifying those conflicts, tracing them to their upstream causes, and establishing processes that preserve engineering integrity as products evolve.

Downstream is one solution built upon those principles. But DSAF extends beyond any single application. It guides how engineering information should flow across every business discipline so that each department can trust the decisions made by the others.

When migration is complete, the real engineering work begins. Products change. Processes evolve. New people inherit old decisions. Without continual stewardship, today's trusted data becomes tomorrow's shadow systems.
